Our goal is provide our customers with healthy and tasty food, that comes from ORGANIC producers. We acquire our ingredients from producers in Colorado to avoid excess transportation and emission of greenhouse gases. This is the best way to have fresh products and to protect mother earth. Less transportation means less pollution!

Respecting seasonal production is also one of the ways we diminish our carbon footprint; out-of-season fruits have to travel farther distances to reach our bakery.
