Since 2008 we have been your local organic French Bakery in Highlands Ranch, CO.
We specialize in making traditional artisan leavened bread, using 100% organic ingredients.
We use proven customary methods to preserve nutritional value, support good health and to encourage sustainable agriculture.
Our products are made with
the finest organic ingredients including all of our flours from
Platteville (COLORADO), homemade leaven, purified water and natural sea
salt. There are no added fats, yeasts, fillers or stabilizers.
Leavened breads have a deeply satisfying taste, texture and are the superior choice for your body.
In addition to our breads, we invite you to try our excellent pastries and desserts.
Our products are baked fresh daily 6 days a week, sometimes several times a day.
NONE OF OUR BREADS ARE FROZEN.
Our breads are baked in a Stone Oven, which is what they use in The White House.
Our goal is provide our customers with healthy and tasty food, that comes from organic
producers. We acquire our ingredients from producers in Colorado to
avoid excess transportation and emissions of greenhouse gases. This is
the best way to have fresh products and to protect mother earth. Less
transportation means less pollution!
Respecting seasonal
production is also one of the ways we diminish our carbon footprint;
out-of-season fruits have to travel farther distances to reach our
bakery.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Why is everything not out for sale when the bakery opens at 5:30am on
Mondays?
A: Since all our doughs are made from scratch, they are started
a day before - sometimes 26 hours before. We take Sunday as a true day
off and so it may take longer for all the products to
be out for sale early on Monday mornings.
